We would like to welcome all new players and their families to Caroline County Little League.  We would also like to welcome back all returning players and families from previous seasons.  As always, endless gratitude goes out to all volunteers who have put many hours of their time and energy into making each season possible.  A special thanks to our sponsors who consistently support our league even when times are tough.  With your help, we look forward to another great season.

TEAM PICTURE DAY SCHEDULE!!!

Click here for the team picture schedule.  Not every team will be able to have their picture done on Opening Day so look at the schedule and find out when your team picture will be taken.   Please have forms filled out entirely prior to arriving for your scheduled team pictures.  Also, have method of payment ready to present (see the schedule for more details around accepted payments). 

Any parent wishing to waiver their child up a division, must turn in the waiver form by 2/23/12.  Any waiver received after this will be denied due to time constraints.  There will be no exceptions made!!!

RESIDENCEY ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Residence shall be established and supported by documents, dated or in force between February 1, 2011 (previous year) and February 1, 2012 (current year), from THREE OR MORE categories to determine residency of such parent(s) or guardian:

Summary and Implementation:  For the 2012 season, this requires players’ parents or guardians to provide residency documentation dated or in force between February 1, 2011 (previous year) and February 1, 2012 (current year). This means, for instance, that a Driver’s License that was issued a number of years earlier, but was in force between the dates noted, is acceptable. However, a utility bill that is dated outside of the dates noted, is not acceptable. 

All parents MUST submit 3 proofs in order for your son/daughter to play in the 2012 Season of baseball or softball.

All residency and verification of birth certificates are due prior to any child being able to play the first game.  We cannot issue a uniform w/out the residency papers.  All copies can be turned into your coach by first practice.  The 3 easiest proofs would be:

Baseball: Tee Ball, Machine Pitch, Minors/Majors, Juniors, and Seniors.

Girl's Fast Pitch Softball:   Minors/Majors,  Juniors and Seniors
